Golfeurivo provides structured golf game reservations and session access for golfers operating within Hong Kong. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outline the rules, timelines, and legal frameworks governing booking adjustments, session cancellations, fee returns, and participant responsibilities. By reserving a spot through our digital platform, participants agree to adhere to all terms specified in this document.

Our organization maintains complete transparency across all operational procedures, ensuring full alignment with standard Google advertising standards and consumer protection guidelines. All transactions and service engagements are subject to applicable legal structures established under the jurisdiction of Hong Kong.

Reservation and Payment Procedure

When a golfer reserves a spot through our online portal, that designated slot is held on a temporary basis for 48 hours. To finalize the reservation, the golfer must physically visit our corporate office located at China Taiping Tower, 8 Sunning Rd, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong within that 48-hour window. Full session fees must be settled at our office during this visit to convert the temporary hold into a completed booking.

If a golfer does not visit our corporate office and submit full payment within forty-eight hours, the temporary hold expires automatically, and the reserved slot is released without prior notice.

Cancellation Guidelines and Fee Returns

Golfeurivo permits session cancellations up to the day of the scheduled game. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official support channels, either via live support on our platform or by emailing game@golfeurivo.com. Our support team operates from 10 AM to 5 PM HKT, Monday through Saturday.

Fee return eligibility depends on the exact timing of the cancellation notice:

Notice Submitted Twenty-Four Hours Prior

If a cancellation request is submitted at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled game date, the entire sum paid during the in-person office visit is refunded to the golfer. No administrative fees or penalty deductions are applied to early cancellations.

Notice Submitted on the Day of the Game

If a cancellation request is submitted on the exact date of the game, a deduction of fifty percent of the total fee is applied to cover allocated venue space and administrative scheduling. The remaining fifty percent of the sum is returned to the participant.

Participant Arrival and Identification Requirements

Smooth operations depend on punctual attendance and presenting valid identification for all participating golfers.

Advance Arrival Protocol

All golfers must arrive at the designated golf venue exactly one hour prior to the scheduled start time. This advance arrival allows sufficient time for check-in routines, venue orientation, and completion of necessary administrative entry procedures.

No-Show Consequences

If a participant fails to arrive at the venue at least one hour before the designated start time or fails to attend the session entirely, the booking is classified as a no-show. A no-show results in immediate session cancellation, and no fee returns or partial credits are granted under any circumstances.

Mandatory Identification

All golfers must present a valid government identity card upon arrival at the venue on the day of the game. If a participant fails to present a valid government identity card during check-in, entry is refused, the booking is cancelled immediately, and the situation is seen under the same-day cancellation terms with no fee returns.

Refund Processing Timelines and Protocols

Once a valid cancellation request is received and acknowledged by our support team, our staff will contact the golfer to gather necessary bank account details to facilitate the return transfer.

  • Information Submission: Golfers must provide accurate banking details upon request to avoid processing delays.

  • Internal Processing: Golfeurivo initiates the payment transfer within 24 hours of receiving complete banking details.

  • Account Credit: Depending on the specific banking institution, funds typically reflect in the recipient account within 7 business days following internal processing.

Governing Laws and Regulatory Compliance

This policy is established and enforced in accordance with the legal framework of Hong Kong. Relevant statutory provisions governing our operational agreements include:

  • Supply of Services (Implicit Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457): Governs service standards and implied contractual obligations between service providers and consumers.

  • Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362): Ensures fair trade practices, prohibiting fake descriptions or deceptive omissions regarding services offered.

  • Consumer Council Guidelines: Follows regional framework recommendations for transparent consumer terms, clear fee disclosures, and fair cancellation protocols.

  • Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486): Protects all personal banking data and identification details submitted during reservation and refund processing.
